Terrible! Tried to withdraw and I was asked for two forms of ID. None of these were accepted so then it was agreed I could send my partners ID as I don’t have anything else. My partners ID has finally been accepted but they are now saying they will still need ID from me?! What was the point agreeing to accept my partners ID to in the end put me back to the start.
